Day trip to learn about the language/culture "ensalada" that makes up Tijuana, just across the border from San Diego!  You'll meet a diverse set migrants and native tijuanans, from Haiti, Honduras, the indigenous culture Mixtec, native culture Kumeyaay, and a member of the deaf community in a panel discussion about their stories and how Tijuana has shaped their lives.  Then we'll all walk the streets of downtown Tijuana and eat with our new friends!

Great opportunity to practice your español as it will be the base language with very little interpretation provided.  Intermediate to advanced level fluency required
